Shipping policy

At Parvale, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. We ship every order within 24 hours of receiving it. Orders placed before 23:00 on a working day go out the same night; orders placed during the weekend go out on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package throughout its journey.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and external factors beyond our control. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur during peak periods, holidays, or customs processing.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Parvale cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping details supplied by the customer.

Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.

If you have any questions regarding your shipment or require assistance with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
