Warranty

Every Parvale® device comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on manufacturing and material defects, on top of your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

What the warranty covers
Defects in materials or workmanship that show up during normal use within two years of delivery. We'll repair or replace the product, or refund you if neither is possible.

What it doesn't cover
Damage caused by dropping the device, by use that goes against the manual, by repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than Parvale®, and normal wear on parts like straps and cables. Water damage is not covered either: our devices are splash-proof, not waterproof.

How to make a claim
Fill in the form on this page with your order number and a short description of the problem, and add a photo or short video if you can. We'll get back to you within two working days.
