The ICE Duo Pro has one step none of our other masks have: the ice layers go in the fridge before you start. Fifteen to twenty minutes, and they click onto the mask with magnets.
This guide shows you the whole sequence, from cooling to clicking to your first session on face and neck. It also covers the things that aren't obvious: which way the eye protectors go, how the straps shorten and lengthen, and why you shouldn't leave the ice layers in the fridge all afternoon.
What you'll learn
✓ Cooling the ice layers, and how long is too long
✓ Clicking the ice layers onto the masks with the magnets
✓ Fitting the five straps and the two eye protectors
✓ Running face and neck from one remote
✓ Red, yellow, blue and the infrared toggle
✓ Using the masks with the ice layers, or without them
Usage Guide
How to use your ICE Duo Pro
Plan a little ahead: the ice layers need 15 to 20 minutes in the fridge before you start, and they stay cool for two to three hours after that. The session itself is 10 to 15 minutes, three to four times a week. Start at intensity level 1 and work up with the schedule in the manual.
